Everything was original on the car when I bought it, except for the top, which had been replaced about 5 years ago. The paint,
interior, engine and exhaust system were all original.
Most Cadillac fans will tell you that fins disappeared in 1964. I think you can still see a trace of fins on this model.
The color on this car is San Mateo Red.
For 1969, horizontal headlights returned after being absent from 1965 to 1968. Aerodynamics and drag coefficients were obviously
not considerations in 1969!
1969 was the first year without "vent" windows. Improved ventilation was the reason stated for their absence.
The lack of vent windows was also supposed to give this car a "longer, sleeker" look.
